AD-COHST COMMUNITY HEALTH STUDENTS LAUNCH 2021 AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ON THE SCOURGE OF PUBLIC TOILET INFECTIONS.

Students of professional Diploma in Community Health program from Adcohst today launched its 2021 public awareness campaign on the scourge of toilet inspections in the community.

The program was coordinated by Sant. Abdulwarith Adam lsah is part of the students’ continuous assessment, which is also inline with the course curriculum as cognate to practical experience in society.

Indeed, it was another great outing for the students as collectively, their group presentation held at the premises of Government Girls Senior Secondary School (GGSSS) Panshekara was very superb and marvellous.

The students consisting of Group ( members spoke extensively on topics covering symptoms, causes and how to prevent spread and contact of any toilet infection, particularly in public toilets.

In the presentations, the students noted with dismay, the indiscriminate use of public toilets which contain unhygienic infectious diseases such as gonorrhea, syphilis and careless behaviour causing infantility, marital conflict and kidney problems and vaginal infection to women.

The students concluded with advice to avoid the problem by observing personal hygiene and paying attention to the procedure of wiping after going to the toilet.

The occasion, attended by the senior students of GGSSS Panshekara and their teachers, also had in attendance the College Chief Examination Officer Scientist Adam Uba Muhammad.
