AD-COHST STAFF, STUDENTS TAKE FIRST DOSE OF COVID-19 VACCINE.

Aminu Dabo College of Health Sciences and Technology (AD-COHST) staff and students have joined other front-line health workers in the Country to take their first rollout of COVID-19 vaccine.

The vaccination session and registration were held today Thursday May 20, 2021 at the College premises in Kano Metropolis.

The Proprietor of the College Arc Dr Aminu Dabo, who visited the scene of the event, expressed satisfaction with the turnout of the college community to take the vaccine.

He urged the remaining staff and students to relax their fears and worries from the anti-covid-19 vassine and show for the inoculation before the commencement of the second phase of the exercise.

Arc Dabo stressed the need for adequate publicity to enlighten, sensitive and create public awareness that Covid-19 Vaccine is safe and efficient. Responding, the head of field operations commended the Proprietor and members of the College community for their understanding and cooperation towards the success of the exercise.

He described the presence of Arc Aminu Dabo at the spot of the operation as a morale booster to have the confidence of the recipients to take the vaccine without any hesitation.

In the same vein, the 5-member team of Health Professionals had earlier on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the Proprietor Arc Dr Aminu Dabo in his Office and solicited permission to conduct the first rollout of the vaccination.
